Home Try-On

All Home Try-On Orders must be secured with a valid credit or debit card. Your card will be validated with a pending $1.00 authorization on your account; however, you will not be charged anything unless you do not return the items in your Home Try-On Order. Returned products must be shipped no later than five (5) days after you receive the package (the “Return Date”). We will assume that you have chosen to keep any products in a Home Try-On Order that you do not postmark back to us prior to the Return Date, and we will charge your credit or debit card for the full purchase price of each item that is not returned ($50-$85 per item) anytime after that day. Any exceptions permitting a return postmarked after the Return Date must be requested in a timely manner and may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company. Products must be returned unworn and in the original condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, please call us at (919) 817-8319, extension #6 and we would be happy to process your return or exchange request.

Shipping Policy

All High Cotton purchases will ship out on the same day if the products ordered are in stock and purchased before noon EST. We ship through the USPS. We are located in North Carolina and most East Coast and Middle States deliveries will take 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. West Coast USPS Priority usually takes 5-7 business days.

Overnight Express Mail is available for an additional fee of $25.00.

All bow ties are shipped in a glossy blue and white box. If you would like additional gift boxes, there is a $2.00 fee for each.
