Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, please return new, unworn products to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Policy

High Cotton Ties will ship your purchase within one to two days. We will contact you immediately if your selection has become out of stock or back ordered. We cannot always guarantee the availability of certain fabrics and so we will let you know details of your order as soon as we receive it. You can always contact us with any questions you might have at judy@highcottonties.com.

We ship through the USPS. We are located in North Carolina and most East Coast and Middle States deliveries will take 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. West Coast USPS Priority usually takes 5-7 business days.

Overnight Express Mail is available for an additional fee of $25.00.

All bow ties are shipped in a glossy white tie box with our High Cotton Ties LLC label including a 1 ½" wide Satin ribbon tied with a bow. If you would like additional gift boxes, there is a $2.00 fee for each.
